Dr Han and his associates were very tactful and professional for my ear condition and he had backup plans if first treatment is not successful and this gives me hope that the problem can be solved,

The doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. I definitely recommend him. The two ladies near the checkout desk were not the friendliest. The one with the long curly hair was pretty rude. Lady at the front desk was a little rude on the phone when I called the day prior. The lady at the front desk was also rude to a lady that walked in to inquire about booking an appointment. The back staff was all great, but the three ladies and the front should be more friendly and welcoming.

Staff is excellent. No trouble making the appointment. Wait time was minimal. Dr Han is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend him.

It happened to have been my first visit with Dr. Han; in which I was a bit nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and relax. He was very perfessional,,listened to my concerns and he made sure that I understood everything before he left the room. I will highly recommend him! First impressions are everything!

He & his staff is amazing. Professional & courteous. Explained everything he did or was about to do so you knew what to expect. High marks which I don;t give often but he deserves it. Highly Highly recommend him.
